A few thoughts from this past week....
Most lawyers that I’ve been around, seem to have an extensive vocab. I like that.

The power of forgiveness is an awesome feeling. A sense of weightlessness can take over. Refreshing. Although you always think you’re doing a favor to the one asking the forgiveness…really, it’s you, the forgiver, that ‘forgiving’ really helps.

I was texting something the other day…and I intentionally pressed the letters to type the word I was aiming for…however, another word- with the same letter combo- popped up. That’s just like taking a big sip of water when you think you are drinking Sprite. I’m too inside my own box…and those 2 instances are perfect reminders to myself to think beyond.

Yesterday, I accomplished something huge. I freestyle swam 1.2miles (84 laps)…straight!! And really, if I didn’t have to go to work, I could have swam more. There is nothing better than to swim at 530am…watch the sunrise...and accomplish a great goal. Felt great. I couldn’t wait to get back to tell Scott. 1.2miles is the distance we will swim in the Ironman 70.3 race in May. Last Sunday, we biked 30miles. We will bike 56 miles in the Ironman. So wonderful to have Scott as a training buddy. Fantastic accountability. Has created lots of conversation. It’s just fun to train for this type of event with your best friend and husband…really, a treat that I would have never dreamed of before.

I love that we sell Ford-Lincoln-Mercury-Honda. The best manufactures, hands-down.
Honda- we know- is a steady and quality brand. Given and Proven. But, let’s talk about Ford…Ford’s consistency is on the rise! Have you noticed? With consistency in quality and safety- comes value. Even dating to many years back, during the ‘restructuring phase’, Ford was/is accountable to money and decisions. The vision from Alan Mullaly to not over produce volume and to stop selling so many vehicles in fleet (bulk)…..has proven to be a valuable business model.
I love not being owned by the govt. I love working for a company that is able to make free (and so far) wise decisions. I love being a Ford vehicle owner.
Next time you are in the market….will you atleast put Jenkins & Wynne on your short list to consider? That’s all I ask for…an opportunity! There are so many positive things going on at Jenkins & Wynne…I just ask for the opportunity to serve you the Jenkins & Wynne way=)
