47 miles
Yes, that is my princess Molly sitting in the bottom of CKC's buggy. KK was taking CKC and Molly for a walk. Molly decided that she didn't want to walk anymore...KK put her in the buggy..and off they went! I LOL everytime I think of this......I love my precious Molly!

JMC, Scott and I rode 47 miles on our bike yesterday. What a beautiful day to take advtange of! We road into Robertson Co, KY, Sango, Rossview....etc. Suprisingly, I'm not sore. This morning I swam 1.2miles...and have that fully under my belt now. One step closer to the IronMan 70.3 in Orlando. We've been training for almost 9 weeks....9 more to go! The training, although hard at times, has been great. I have fully enjoyed it. It's all a matter of balance....a daily lesson.

all in a week...
hello all!
thanks to charter, my internet at home is down...again! so, blogs are a little sparce right now. also, i've been pouting a little since last Tues. We had a gut-wrenching/ heart-breaking/ rug-out-from-under-us/ last second freeky shot LOSS. It is still hard to grasp. I can't really remember the last time we haven't made it to Round 2. Ugh. When you are married to the game...it's a little more than just a game. No, it wasn't our worst game..but not our best either. To the general public, sports are events that are easy to forget and shake off. However, to those whose career depends on it...and to those who are married to it...it is more. No, my idenity doesn't rest in the game...it rests in God...however, that still doesn't mean that I don't feel and have emotions about tough games. The pain seeps in and seems to be more real. So- for all those people who make careless comments about such games...please re-think your words and re-think who you are talking to! Emotions are real...even if it does revolve around a game!
Scott is gone more than anyone could imigine....working hard to find quality young men to represent the Peay. The boys do the best they can. If you really stop to think about it...they are just that..boys. Not even adults in the real world. But you certainly wouldn't grasp that truth sitting in the stands/out in the community and listening to some negativity. We, as fans, need to encourage and support our guys. On and off the court. Anyhoo, that's it. Season is over. Onto preparing for the next! Thank you to all of our great and loyal fans. The 6th man really is incredibly imporant. See you next season...if not before!

show your peay pride..today!
It all comes down to this, Tuesday at the Dunn Center. Both the Govs and Lady Govs have fought tooth and nail to get these first round OVC games in Clarksville and now we need your help! All season long opposing teams have dreaded making the trip to the Dunn Center and that’s not just because of our teams – it’s also because of our crowd! We need you there, Tuesday, LOUD and PROUD. Sure, we put five on the floor, but the raucous in the stands needs to become our sixth man tomorrow. It’s time to show the OVC why Peay fans are the best in the league. We need to PACK THE DUNN and make an atmosphere that is unlike any we’ve had all year! We are counting on YOU, not to relax in the soft seats, but to be ON YOUR FEET and INVOLVED every trip down the floor. We want to hear you yelling “Let’s Go Peay!!!” It all comes down to Tuesday at the Dunn. We need you to suit up, stand up and show your PEAY PRIDE!
In Peay Pride,
Dave Loos, Head Men’s Basketball Coach
